My Customer Account
How do I create my customer account?
To create your customer account, simply go to menu, click on "my account " and then on the link " no account? Create one"
How do I change my personal information (contact information, address, payment method, ...)?
To access the modification page of your customer account, click on the link "Identify yourself" at the top right of the home page, identify yourself with your email and password, then you will arrive on your customer account where you have access to all your personal information that you can modify at any time
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to the Lignea Kids newsletter?
To subscribe to our newsletter, go to the bottom of the "Sign up to receive our exclusive offers" homepage, fill in your email, check "I accept the privacy policy" and click "Subscribe".
To unsubscribe, go to your customer account in the first "Information" section, uncheck newsletter subscription, enter your password and accept the privacy policy then save.
What use is made of my personal data?
Your personal data are for strictly internal use by Lignea Kids. They are used in the context of your order for delivery and billing. Your personal data remains in the Lignea Kids customer database

How to place an order with Lignea Kids
If you have not created a customer account, you will need to create one to fill in your personal information.
You are on the item you want to buy, click on "add to cart", then we offer you to continue shopping or order the product, click on "order". If your personal information is well registered, you must now fill in your address where you want to receive your package and your phone number. You then have the delivery method selected as well as the rates announced then you arrive on the selection of the payment method to be informed and you can validate your purchase, your order is taken into account.
Has my order been taken into account?
When you validate and pay, you receive an email confirming your order
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?
After validation and payment of your order you cannot modify or cancel your order yourself. However, you can leave us a message from your order history to request cancellation.
When do I receive my invoice?
You will receive your invoice by email upon confirmation of your payment
Can I get a duplicate invoice?
Your orders are saved in your customer account, the invoice remains available in the "History and details of my orders" section

What are the different payment methods?
We offer payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Carte bleu), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Alma which gives you the option to pay in 4 installments without charge.

Your online payment is 100% secure thanks to the 3D-secure device set up by Lignea Kids
How do I register my payment method for future purchases?
You can register your payment method from your customer account in the "my payment methods" section or when you make your purchase, we offer to register your payment method to facilitate your future purchases
My delivery
What are the delivery times?
2 to 6 business days for light packages
3 to 10 business days for medium packages
10 to 15 business days for heavy packages
Delivery times may vary for certain items. You will find an annotation on the description sheet of the product in question
How do I track my package?
When your order is validated, we will send you a tracking number in order to follow the progress of your package.
How do I reach the delivery person in charge of my order?
You can find the carrier's contact information via your package tracking link
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
You must contact the delivery person in charge of your order
After receiving my package
My package is damaged upon receipt, what should I do?
If your package arrives damaged, you should refuse the package and contact our customer service via our contact form or by phone
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days to retract, beyond this period, we invite you to contact us via our contact form or by telephone to express your return request.

How do I know if an out-of-stock product will be available again?
You can fill in your email in the field provided on the product's sheet and you will receive an alert as soon as the product is back in stock at Lignea Kids

Delays vary depending on the season and our suppliers.
